St. Andrew’s Ball – Andrzejki
St. Andrew’s Ball, or Andrzejki, is a cherished Polish tradition filled with mystery, fun, and fortune-telling. It’s a night where people gather to enjoy playful rituals such as wax-pouring, card readings, and other symbolic games that are believed to reveal glimpses of the future. I had the joy of photographing one of these celebrations, where laughter, curiosity, and the magical atmosphere of old traditions came alive.
