Product Case Studies

Each of the following case studies reflects work delivered within distinct product environments, shaped by different user groups, operational constraints, business objectives, and organisational maturity levels. My work has been primarily focused within complex B2B ecosystems across industries including finance, insurance, investment, and embedded lending, where products often involved highly interconnected workflows, dense operational processes, and sophisticated data structures.

A significant part of my experience centres around designing data-heavy platforms, operational tooling, and multi-layered systems supporting different sides of the market simultaneously - from internal operational teams, analysts, and underwriters through to lenders, asset managers, merchants, and end customers. Many of these products operated within highly regulated and technically demanding environments, requiring careful balance between usability, operational efficiency, scalability, and business risk.

Every project required a tailored combination of:

Much of my work focused on translating complex operational and technical challenges into intuitive product experiences, particularly within environments where workflows were seasonal, interconnected, and heavily dependent on accurate data handling and multi-stakeholder collaboration.
